Simple Package
Location rental up to 100 guests $1500 (Please add $100 to the package for every 50 guests you expect over 100.)
We also invite you to use our outside landscape for your bridal portraits at no additional charge if desired. We recommend an excellent local photographer if you are in need of photography.
We provide a full service set up and take down; which includes: All tables fully skirted White wedding style chairs Hanging flower baskets in lighted arbor Gazebo covered with greenery and lighted Complete set up & clean up (Does not include kitchen area)
Catering: Even though catering is not required to be done through your catering service, we offer exquisite catering from finger foods to heavy hors’ d’oeuvres to complete meals in multiple packages and price ranges. A deposit of $300 is required for catering (non-refundable). Catering is provided by Creations By Mona-Lisa…see catering tab on www.ranchhouseweddings.net. Alcohol permitted*.
Deposit: A deposit of $500 is required to hold the date and time of your event. Final balance will be due 30 days prior to the event date. At this time final plans will be made with guest count. All payments are non-refundable due to cancellation. Sales tax not included.
* Alcohol: All alcoholic beverages, servicing supplies and accessories are required to be supplied by the event party. The event party will be required to sign an Alcoholic Beverage Agreement Contract 30 days prior to the event date.
